## 4. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including **Canada Post** and **UPS.** For international orders, your package may be handed off to your country's local postal carrier upon arrival.

## 6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
**Canada:** No customs duties apply for domestic orders.
**United States:** Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on order value. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. K TO DOOR is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
**All Other International Orders:** Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about potential charges in your country. K TO DOOR is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.

## 8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

2. Wait 2 additional business days (carrier scans can sometimes arrive ahead of the package)

## 9. Subscription Box Shipping
Subscription box orders are shipped once per billing cycle. Your box will be dispatched within 2–4 business days of your billing date each month. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your box leaves our facility.
